Hi There, I am an accomplished business leader with 26 years of experience in working with organizations where i have always focused on the success of my team. I have taught them to manage change, and learn Lean six sigma through theory and practical exposure. I have done a lot of projects myself and also coached and guided many teams. Hence I can share this experience with you. I have worked for leading MNCs like IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, HUL and Visionet. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I am a great teacher as I help to focus on learning by doing and by application. I help by understanding the actual needs of the person undergoing training, to understand their gaps, and where they need support. Then i create and share content which is customized to their requirements, and it's done in a manner that is not only theoretical, but had practical relevance as well, and helps the person to really grow and mature as a professional.
