Alhamdulillah in past 8 years...no one get any supply in my subjects...I teach students according to their mind so that they can easily pass out from their exams... From my experience...you can' t teach a student by burdonize him/her... little stickiness is needed for his/her better future...and cooperation from parents also play a important role in building the character of the student...I teach the students in friendly behaviour so can He/she shares difficulties very easily... teacher's behave is a building block to make the student' s character... wish you best of luck
