    I am a Physics teacher at Fauji Foundation school kotli Azad Kashmir since September 2021 and still working there. I have a lot of knowledge about physics .
    I love to teach physics and use different teaching methods according to students level. I relate every topic with daily life that how we can use physics in daily life,give different examples and do a lot practical in lab.I focused on a conceptual clarity of students .
    I have also done professional educational courses.
    My Gpa is good from last two years.I am also working as a home tutor from last five years.
    I understand curricular requirements and creating lesson plans and educational contents that satisfy these requirements.
    I analyze the needs, strengths and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessment around them.
    I use different techniques and adjust teaching methods to suit different group of learners. I provide extra support to students that require it,and more challenging tasks to those who are ahead of class.
    I also report any progress issues to the head of institute, as well as parents.I also attend meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences and other educational initiatives.
