I have always been one of those students who loved teaching other students and helping them in their studies. Since my student life I enjoyed teaching and so I would love to help students and make them love studying as much as I do.
I teach like a co student. I don't like to show off my knowledge rather make them understand in easier way so that it makes sense to them. When we bombard knowledge on children they tend to run away from it. Also, I hate behaving like teachers, I will be a friend who would love to make your life easier and actually enjoy studying rather than making them feel it like a burden.
Moreover, Don't expect a change to come in days as change takes time. I evaluate first whether the basics of student is clear or not. You cannot expect them to perform in a subject when their basics are not clear. If needed, I would work on their basics first. This might be time taking but eventually you will start seeing results.
