I use a systematic and structured methodology that involves relating the concepts to what's currently happening, involving students in the lesson, integrating ICT and giving assignments.
My highest mean grade was a 7.2C+ in a KCSE class.
What makes me a great teacher is creating a close but decent and professional relationship with my learners so as to understand their individual weakness and strength. I also allow my learners to share what they know "the knowledge is in the room". Mostly when it comes to digital learning.
I state how students can apply the concepts learned in real life (the WII-FM... "What Is in It For Me")
My style of testing carries every learner on board because the questions are for all student needs.
While in class I look for relevant games, jokes that can make my class active. Example is sharing football moments.
I am also a good Chess player therefore learners who like chess relate with me so well. Chess enhances mental ability and makes learners sharp.
I dimistify my Chemistry and Mathematics concepts as much as possible for every student.This subjects are easy with a positive mentality
