Involving direct contact with my student though at times involve online learning using the e-learning system.
My methodology of direct physical contact with the student aids a lot as I can easily identify the strengths and weaknesses of the student making it easier to correct mistakes made and to motivate the strengths of the student.
The greatness in my career started from the success of the tutors that I did at home to my cousins before joining my tertiary level of studies as they performed well in their national examination in that year.
I also find relief when I give out what I have excavated from my field of study.
