This is Md. Khalilur Rahman. I completed by graduation from Civil Engineering Department at International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. My graduation CGPA was 3.95 and also I have a research publication in high ruptured journal. Nowadays, I am working another some research paper. I have four years experience of teaching profession. On my free time I worked as a Researcher at Dreamers Lab. First I want find the students mentality then I will take a decision. If any students do not understand anything, I will explain thousand times to make him or her understand the topic. Base on the students, I will give assignment, assessment and taking some trial exam. Depending on the students categories I will teach them.
