am a primary school teacher with over seven years of experience in teaching methodology.i have created several teaching methodologies as i indulge different pupils with different levels and ability .the metholodology also improve classroom paricipation and improve grades.am seeking students from both upper and lower primary and also teach adults too who would want to perfect there communication skills both swahili and english.when teaching,i like using the hybrid style,as it meets the needs of all students and encourages them to be involved in active discussions and also it's build there self esteem as they are able to express themselves and now that there opinions matters, and it also away of other learners to learn to respect each other. and creats a good working and learning environment.
