In my five year experience as a teacher i have incorporated the flipped classroom model as a teaching style where i dont just lecture my students rather i give them materials or topics to do their research at their own free time independently then once we meet we discuss and have hands on activities. This ensures every student has grasped and no one is left behind. My aim as a teacher is to create engaging content, guide and provide support and also facilitate active learning in class. My passion for learning and teaching, being empathetic and understanding my students and incorporating each of them in learning makes me a great teacher.
