I'm a dedicated teacher with the desire to improve the grades of the laerners .I have spent majority of my career helping learners to achieve their academic goals.Teaching for me is a calling,i will be grateful to have learners to work with.
I have 10 years teaching experience with CAPS.I use a lot of assessments in my teaching to expose learners on how to respond to different questions. Assessments also are critical in helping learners to grasp concepts quickly.I encourage learners to be open and free during sessions-to ask for clarity on gray areas and to fully be active by engaging in discusions.I use weekly focus as a strategic tool to monitor the progress made on weekly activities.Weekly and monthly tests are critical in reconciliation and consolidation of work.
