My style of teaching is student centered, more collaborative, I prefer guiding by giving explicit instructions to the learner by simplifying the content and explaining.
My method is formative and modeling, by formative assessment,I am able to assess the learner on the topic learnt so as to know if the content is well understood. Modeling I demonstrate using examples how to go about a topic.
I believe I am a great teacher because,I am friendly, understanding and supportive of my students achievements irrespective of how small. My greatness also comes from the fact that I do my very best to ensure my students excel academically and add value to their personalities.
