Hi!
This is Shahbaz Ilyas. I belong to Sargodha, Pakistan.My qualification is MSc Zoology, B.ed. Currently I am working as 'Lecturer Biology' in Islamabad Model College For Boys F-8/4, Islamabad.
I have 12 years experience of teaching Biology in different public and private Institutions.I have 3 years experience of teaching Biology online as part time.I have participated in many teacher training workshops conducted by 'British Council' and Fedral Directorate Of Education Pakistan.

I have an excellent communication skill.I use 'Lecture mothod' to teach my students.I focus on concept clarity and highest grade of students.I give my students home assignments to solve quries. After course completion i give yearly past papers to my students for solving questions.I also dicuss marking scheme with my students to get highest gardes.
I have taught almost hunderds of students online and offline and most of them got A and A* in O and A Levels. At Matric and Intermediate level my students got excellent marks and showed 100% results in Board Examination.
On these above achievements i have been awarded Two 'Best Teacher award' from a public and a private Institution.
