I use interactive and Inquiry base teaching with the use of whiteboard, slideshows, videos, etc. Work on a child's weak areas, to make the final result better. I try to understand a child's psychology and deal with different situations accordingly. Love and care are the main ingredients to develop a child mentally. Every term a child learning graph goes up in my classes, results get better in every term. Sometimes, I have to work on a child on an individual basis to identify the problem and their weak areas. As teaching is a noble profession, I chose this profession as I love children and I am passionate towards teaching. I believe educational teaching is one area where we should work on a child's character building and give them good values and morals, not just by giving lectures but by showing them in a practical way.
