MY BRIEF INTRODUCTION

I am a qualified, well-trained, and highly experienced psychology lecturer, with over five years of experience teaching psychology. I am well-acquainted with the curriculum at Tribhuvan University (for Bachelor's Degree in Psychology) and Cambridge University (for AS and A level Psychology).

I have completed two different degrees in psychology: a Post Graduate Diploma in School Counseling and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Furthermore, I have accumulated over two hundred hours of online learning from over 10 different platforms, including Coursera, Future Learn, Research Academy, Unicef, and ICMR School of Public Health, among others.

My certificate level and bachelor's degree were in Education, where I gained knowledge and experience in teaching-learning activities, along with ample course materials and internships. Throughout my teaching career, I have had numerous opportunities to undergo various training programs in teaching from different institutions.

I began my teaching career instructing students from grades 1 through 5, and subsequently progressed to teaching at the high school level, up to grade 10. During my tenure in high school, I adopted a completely student-centered teaching style, fostering active engagement and enthusiasm among my students. Following my psychology degree, I integrated positive learning strategies into my approach. For instance, I encourage students to find intrinsic motivation, emphasizing positivity, goal-setting, and subsequent action-taking. This approach has proven effective in alleviating academic and test anxieties while enhancing students' learning dispositions and attitudes.

I am actively engaged in research, with five articles currently under review by various journals. My research primarily focuses on college students, particularly in academic areas such as academic anxiety, depression, and self-efficacy. My upcoming research will delve into topics such as stress, coping mechanisms, motivation, parenting styles, resilience, and overall well-being among college students. These variables may be associated to learning outcomes.

Furthermore, I am a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, fields closely related to the human mind. I also contribute opinion articles to various platforms, including LinkedIn and others
