I believe that each person has their own pace when it comes to learning, I don't believe in mistakes as it falls to the teacher to find methods that accommodate the students and their needs. I like to keep my classes casual, fun and conversational to establish a comfortable link, which can help students be more open and receptive to information. Learning is a process in which the difficulty or obstacles are created by restrictions that should not be there, it needs to be a flowing and smooth path into the students minds. When I am conducting a class I always check whether the students have received the information taught or if another method needs to be taken. I take teaching seriously as I am a student myself and I would want to waste anyone's time or space.
