I am very knowledgea6on pharmacology, toxicology, reproductive health. I teach online and physical classes. My teaching style is blended learning. I provide course content and course outlines at the first day of the course . At this time, I share core reading textbooks, journals and reference texts. I give students opportunity to interact with me. I give assignments which are practice and applicable to day to day encounters. I do provide motivation and counselling in the course of teaching. I regularly update teaching materials. I use computer simulations, videos, and other online teaching methods. At the end of every topic, I share revision questions and request for students' feedback, on my teaching, contentand ateas of improvement. . I also test my students by giving continous assessment tests(CATs). I promptly give them feedback from the CATs, not more than two weeks since sitting fir them. To me, end of term examination is a good measure of assesing effective the teaching. I set my end of term paper by the third week. At the end of term, I also give feedback on the exam in two weeks..
