Depending on the grade, I use play way method for students in lower grades while I use interactive method for students in higher grades. Personally, I believe that repetition is the art of gaining mastery so I don't rush my students but I am also careful not to allow them take it for granted. I have taught students who were unable to read fluently, pronounce words correctly and write legibly. At the end of the day they were able to do all of these effortlessly. I am passionate about teaching and will never neglect a student no matter his/her Intelligent Quotient. Education is light and it illuminate the mind. My students are my children because I treat them with motherly love not only as a teacher

    Teach the students, give them classwork and assignment. Mark their books after each class. Control the class, encourage slow learners and motivate fast learners by bridging the gap.
