Hope my message may find you in good health and spirit. I have many years of teaching experience. I Teach English, Psychology, Sociology, and Education. I make small groups and teach according to them. I am an active listener and I have good adaptability. I collaborate with my students with creativity and empathy. I try to engage my students with good and meaningful engagement. Whatever I teach them I ensure that it may leave a lifelong mark in their mind. Last but not least I respect all my students from the core of my heart.
Even in classrooms of adult learners, there’s still an inherent imbalance of power that exists between students and teachers. I always mind this imbalance and ensure that students feel respected and heard for who they are and what they contribute to the classroom. In line with being flexible and adaptable, it’s important to be prepared for a wide range of scenarios and challenges in the classroom.
