My teaching style would solely be based upon making student understand what really has been taught. I make them grasp the concept. I have regular evaluation system. So that students keep a check and balance of studies. At same time I'm very lenient in terms of situational factors. I don't force the students to make things work. I take every suggestion sincerely and consider every possible amendment. There is no work load really. Because I make the students work at natural pace. I'm very much proficient and expert in my areas. I try to answer every question untill it's clear at the students end. I get to the basics and then start building over it. My focus is always to enhance the foundation of students.
