Learner centered approach with emphasis on hands-on activities for the learner. I have been able to prepare learners for national exams and have seen real transformation in learning. I give individualized to learners working at their pace. Ability to prepare practicals that enhance learners understanding of concepts that requires practicals.
Adjusts the teaching approach based on the learners ability to ensure retention of content and also to capture sustain learner interest throughout the lesson.
I have had most of my students take biology and chemistry related courses and I will guide the learner along the same so as to prepare and make the right career choices.
