I am deeply passionate about working with students, and with more than three years of experience as an educator, I have honed a student-centered approach that adapts to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. My goal is to not only help students improve their academic skills but also to boost their confidence and foster a lasting enthusiasm for learning.   • Special Educator (Jan, 2023–Present) at Ambassador school Dubai
    My primary focus is on providing academic support and targeted interventions through in-class support as well as individualised sessions. I create and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to closely monitor student progress, while also adapting curricula and assessments to cater to the varied learning needs of students. Additionally, I spearhead the My Buddy program, collaborating with external special needs centers to foster inclusivity within our school community.
  • Lead Facilitator & Learning Experience Manager (Apr, 2020–Jun, 2022) at The Owl House, Goa
    worked with students with special needs, particularly at an Autism Center in Goa. It was during this time that I discovered a profound sense of purpose and enthusiasm for my work From assisting with functional academics to nurturing life skills and facilitating professional development, I witnessed the transformative power of education firsthand. Gradually, my role evolved from a Junior Learning Facilitator to a Lead Facilitator and Learning Experience Manager. This transition enabled me to take on additional responsibilities such as recruitment, staff training, program management, counseling, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). I also coordinated mentorship programs and provided crucial support to parents, further deepening my understanding of the diverse needs within the community.
