I believe that classroom is a living community.All students are individual and everyone learn in their unique way.I use multiple methods of teaching to reach student so that no one is left behind.I do not find hard to gain trust of the students.I would describe my teaching style as caoching instead of offering answer to my student.I try to ask the right questions and with the help of demonstration and activities they find the answers.I try to help them develop these abilities.I just try to prepare my student better for the challenges.
