In my years of experience,I have some to understand that all pupils works differently and everyone has what motivates them to learn....so while teaching, I study my pupils well strategically to know what works for them and follow suit.
I love keeping to time and always work with time while handling my students because it helps them to properly manage any time given to them well...
Lest i forget, I love to teach mathematics and calculations.......
