I am a registered counselling psychologist, an accredited chartered mediator with the judicial system of Kenya, an education expert and a team builder facilitator.
As and trained and experienced trainer, I have over 10 years of in training and capacity building. I have empowered more than 2000 educational professionals, Law enforcement agents, Youths, and National Government administration officers country-wide.
Caroline started her career as an academic expert working with private and public sectors including Kenya Red Cross Society, Kenya Scouts associations, the Catholic diocese and many more. I have attended numerous seminars in mentoring coaching, and sensitisation and attended short courses regarding conflict resolution and psychological wellness
As a counselling psychologist, I have empowered over 3,000 professionals in seminars and workshops that covered Psychological wellness topics like self-awareness, stress and burnout management, self-identity, behaviour change, depression, trauma and loss debriefing among others towards self-preservation and wellness. I am a motivational speaker who has inspired young adults to unlock their potential through in-depth self-assessment and evaluation through appropriate learning experiences.
As a chartered mediator, I have practically mediated cases ranging from children, land, family and succession cases. I have successfully trained and transformed several Law enforcement officers, National government administration, clergy, and education professionals into competent dispute resolution practitioners.
I am an education specialist having trained teachers at various levels, early childhood educators, and trainees from technical, and teacher training institutes on Assessing performance and behavioural change, Academic parenting responsibilities and more. I have assisted over 100 learning institutions in creating a system that ensures behavioural change for effective self-improvement.
Team building is an essential part of team cohesion and synergy. I have engaged over the years in the critical infrastructure protection unit, farm feeds and other organisations in team-building activities that has improved organizations synergy
