I have a burning passion to change the mindset of students that struggle with chemistry. Chemistry can be learnt in a fun way. It is one of the most interesting subjects in school if the right method of teaching is employed. My desire is to lead my students on a captivating journey of learning chemistry. I employ student centered methods of teaching so as to carry my students along. I like to discuss with my students in order to assess their level of knowledge and assimilation. I develop deep bonds with my students in order to deepen understanding and freedom of interaction. I also operate open door policy so as to help erase any student's phobia for chemistry. I teach in such a way that relates chemistry to every day life activities. this makes chemistry easier to remember and understand. We learn by exploring our environment and chemistry is about the environment. I am a very patient and sensitive teacher as I look out for my students' weaknesses and attempt to model them into strengths.I understand that each student is unique and need different methods of teaching to cater for the uniqueness.
