My teaching strategies are learner centred. I vary my teaching methods depending on the ability of the learner, and my learning activities are tailored to suit my learners' needs and cater for all levels of intelligence in learners. I believe in learners' own discovery of knowledge, and all my lesson plans follow blooms taxonomy. I assess my learners and give them timely and detailed feedback to enable scrutinise on their areas of weakness and to also check their areas of strength. My aim is to foster various learner attributes to my students and make learning enjoyable
