I am a very straightforward tutor, I handle students in equal manner whether they are weak or sharp. I go with the learners' pace in order to enable them understand the concepts fully.
I use both audio and visual resources to tutor as it is one of the best ways for a student to recall then memories very well.
I am open to negotiations on how the students want to be handled, where they want to be tutored at their own convenience. I also offer homework tutoring and I offer comprehensive notes for reading and referencing.
I give students enough time to tackle questions and to their knowledge as I feel students need to go with their own pace to facilitate easier understanding of the topics.
I also use group discussions to enhance teamwork among the students as well as cooperation. This also facilitates peer to peer learning because students are able to learn from each other and help one another understand the various topics which they did not understand very well.
I also provide easy tests that test the students' knowledge of the various topics.
