One to one approach - Help a teacher to identify each students strength as well as weakness. According to this strength and weakness each students approaches is varied.
Always connect each student their own pre-requistic knowledge with their new content so that they could easily understand the new concept.
I will take classes according to each students capabilities and don't move as hurry burry.
