Positions: ➢ From 10/2023 -> present: Responsible for 1200V power module with SiC chips (design and validation) ➢ From 03/2023 -> 10/2023: Responsible for 550A/48V power module with MOSFET chips (design and validation) Missions: • Measure (using B1506A), analyze, and validate static electrical parameters. • Perform thermal characterization to estimate Tj,max and evaluate thermal impedance. • Perform Double Pulse Test to calculate switching energies and other dynamic electrical parameters. • Calculate conduction and switching losses. • Use SIMetrix/MATLAB to estimate inverter’s current capability. • Layout design and analysis • Perform power cycling (PCmin) test to evaluate reliability and predict device’s lifetime. • Regular technical and project meetings with suppliers to follow EoL qualification tests (based on the AQG324 norm), raise problems and perform failure analysis, ensure the respect of specifications required.
