  • Power electronic expert (Mar, 2023Present) at Emotors
    Positions:
    ➢ From 10/2023 -> present: Responsible for 1200V power module with SiC chips
    (design and validation)
    ➢ From 03/2023 -> 10/2023: Responsible for 550A/48V power module with
    MOSFET chips (design and validation)
    Missions:
    • Measure (using B1506A), analyze, and validate static electrical parameters.
    • Perform thermal characterization to estimate Tj,max and evaluate thermal
    impedance.
    • Perform Double Pulse Test to calculate switching energies and other dynamic
    electrical parameters.
    • Calculate conduction and switching losses.
    • Use SIMetrix/MATLAB to estimate inverter’s current capability.
    • Layout design and analysis
    • Perform power cycling (PCmin) test to evaluate reliability and predict device’s
    lifetime.
    • Regular technical and project meetings with suppliers to follow EoL
    qualification tests (based on the AQG324 norm), raise problems and perform
    failure analysis, ensure the respect of specifications required.
  • Power electronic engineer (Feb, 2020Feb, 2023) at Mitsubishi Electric Research and Development Center Europe ( MERCE)
    Position:
    ➢ Responsible for reliability and prognostics evaluation of 3-phase IGBT power
    module.
    Missions:
    • Perform power accelerated aging tests and health monitoring of 3 half bridges
    IGTB power module.
    • Build Physical degradation models to estimate the impact of IGBT top
    connection degradation on the device’s lifetime.
    • Build Data-driven degradation models for VCE data monitored in zero thermal
    coefficient current interval. (Gamma process and Particle filtering).
    • Supervising Trainees in the field of data modeling and health monitoring.
