I am practical oriented. Let the students, their parents or their guardian judge me after taking a week's class. Then they can finalize the deal.
In my view a good student is one who has the eager to learn. He who never compromises with his doubts is really unstoppable.
Before any class I want the students to go through the text once. I need to give a brief idea of the chapter. Then I start the text. Simultaneously I cover all possible questions. After the end of the the QAs are done. Finally the student is given two days time to go through the chapter and clarify all his doubts. Then a test is taken and review is done.
