Hi, First of all I want to say that teaching is the greatest field in which you expand the child's knowledge as well as your own knowledge. It is necessary to teach at the level of the students mind so that they can understand all things. All students mental level is not the same.When the child understands the knowledge given by you well, then he writes down this knowledge on his paper sheet according to his mind. When he understands well, then he will be able to write well and read well. Understanding the concept is the most important. When a concept is understood by any student, he/she explores things according to that concept.The best results are obtained in this method of teaching.
And second most important thing is practice as we all know practice makes any person perfect.It is very important for any teacher to know what his student is understanding, whether he is understanding what you are saying or not.My supreme effort will be to try to make the child understand you as much as possible.
