At frist, I test my student how much capability he/she has. Then I try to understand how he/she can easily catch my lesson. Then I teach them what he/she want to learn.
After every topics have completed, I take a test of them. According to their response, I fill the gap and correction the error. Then I go to next topics.
I reward every student after their test.
Every student has an special skills and every student can understand their lesson according to their comfortability. I always focus on their comfortability.
