One on one interaction using the language (s) student is able to understand best.most preferred teaching methodology is questions and answer method,practical work and research methods . During my previous teaching two years was able to improve the school meanscore to that of required and set by the school admistration and board of academic affairs.I believe doing the best activities in line with each student's ability definitely improves the performance of each by the end of the day,it's my wish that concerned body will consider me for the job available,I'm ready to travel from Kenya to Tanzania
