I am a professor of electrical engineering. My profession provides 50 years of academic and research work. I have teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. I have also done research in dynamical systems and have experience simulating these systems. I also have experience in radar, missile and satellite control systems and have expertise in these areas. Ireceived my PhD in channel coding in 1980 from the University of Limoges, France. I am open to scientific and social discussions and open to those who need my expertise whether in science or otherwise
