Healing comes to naturally to me, who is born and natured in traditional
* “ Vaidy ’’ family, in South Indian practicing Ayurveda Yoga and Kalaripayattu four generation.
* Early in my childhood I gathered knowledge from my great grand father, Mr.Kadungavan and later he went for Monasticism.
* I completed Postgraduate Degree M.Sc, (Health and Yoga Therapy) from Calicut University and Diploma in Ayurveda Panchakarma Therapy .
* Now I began to in part of traditional knowledge, using practical scientific methods for Kalari yoga for Children and Yoga Therapy for various life style diseases.
* I'm teaching my clients after evaluating their requirements and condition.
* I'm providing lesson to different levels students
* Fun orientated are classes are my speciality
* Science is explained behind every movement
