I believe in practical teaching methods instead of ratta system,Students can take demo class with me after that we will talk about fee etc. In sha ALLAH they will be fully satisfied from my teaching method
Every student have some hidden skills, i will just polish them .
I mostry focus on developing their interest, once they start their interest, know thier hodden skills, and remove their confusion they will definitely get a good position . Position doesn't mean 1st or 2nd it means they will know what to do what to write and what to decide by using their own brain.
