As a fitness coach, I believe in a personalized approach to help each individual achieve their unique fitness goals. I start by conducting a thorough assessment of my client's fitness level, goals, and any other relevant factors, such as medical history or previous injuries. Based on this assessment, I create a customized program that includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises.
My teaching method involves a balance of educating and motivating my clients. I explain the science behind each exercise and how it can benefit their body, while also providing guidance and motivation to help them push themselves and achieve their goals. I use a variety of techniques such as visual cues, verbal instructions, and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form and avoid injury.
A typical lesson plan includes a warm-up, strength and cardio exercises, and a cool down. I ensure that each client is challenged appropriately and progresses at a safe and sustainable rate. I also provide nutrition advice and ongoing support to ensure that my clients are making progress towards their goals.
