I do alot of research about the topics and engage my students in a series of discussion on the topics. I also ask questions and challange my students to read ahead and ask alot of questions during my class time.i approach all students in an uhum ke and understanding without judging or descrimination too ensure that all my students understands what I teach .I can handle any kibd of students behaviours thanks to my emotiinal untelligent skills. Iam flexible and open mnded and this enables my sudent to be open.
