Having undergone training in college and having certified my TSC I believe teaching is a hobby in me.For the past 7 years of experience and interacting with learners I have come out believing in handling each learner as an individual.Through this am able to know each learner's strengths and weaknesses enabling me to use a right methodology for her/him enabling me achieve my objectives that I have set for each learner.For the slow learners I always create extra time to help them recognise their strengths hence achieve their goals .
