    Embarking on a Ph.D. journey in drug, specializing in immunology and molecular biology,

    research endeavor offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of knowledge
    in the dynamic field of infectious diseases.
    Working on a project titled “Scaling up short course TB preventive regimen containing Isoniazid
    and Rifapentine given once weekly for three months (3HP) among Household contacts of
    sputum positive pulmonary TB patients in India: a demonstration project”.
  • Research Coordinator (Mar, 2022–Mar, 2023) at Regional Institute of Biotechnology
    Teaching and providing hands-on training, supervising B.Sc., M.Sc. and B.Tech. students in the field of
    Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Microbiology as well as coordinated and guided them with
    their dissertation and Internship research projects. Designed and executed different research
    projects and workshops involving isolation and purification of proteins and nucleic acid,
    Communication transformation, competent cell preparation, molecular cloning, SDS-PAGE.

    Worked on a project titled "Intensified pulmonary tuberculosis case finding among selected
    high risk clinical groups attending secondary level public health care facilities".
    The project was and epidemiological study involving screening of patients, collection and
    processing of cough samples, running it on Rt-PCR (TrueNat), AFB smear, bacterial culture
    (MGIT), demographic surveillance, qualitative and quantitative analysis of data and writing
    scientific reports from collected data points.
