I am Hath Yogic practicener and yoga teacher. I am certified teacher and evaluator from Ayush mantralay Govt of india( level-3), completed My post graduate Diploma from Kaivalya Dham yoga Institute lonavala pune.
I teach yoga for overall all wellbeing .my speciality to deal with stress management,Diabeties, insomnia,Asthma
I give plans of pranayam and Asanas and cleaning technique of the body for the diseases irritable bowl Syndrome, liver, constipation and other stomach related problems, female reproductive disorders like PCOS,PCOD.. I do my job with dedication and sincerely.
