Hi am Swati hajeri here to provide you a good health by teaching yoga, giving diet plan and many more therapies..

I have the experience of total 9 years in yoga and tutions ..I prefer more of offline classes where I can teach the client effectively ..
I will be coming with a lot of asans, meditation and pranayam with usage of props .
Main highlight part is I have learnt both Ashtanga and Iyengaric methods of yoga ..
Depending on the wish of the client, yoga will be taught

Weekly I will be taking minimum 3 classes and maximum 4
