I am an advocate for individualized learning and attention to students. I believe in the uniqueness of every learner and take my time to understand your weaknesses as well as your strengths. I opt for real life examples and also more hands on skills. I also root for a learner centered methods of learning to deepen understanding of the content. I am a more step by step instruction giver to allow the learner to easily follow. I believe in practice. Moreover everyday is a learning experience and mistakes can actually be turned to muse and magic . I believe that the performance of a learner is also majorly affected by the attitude they have towards the teacher and also the relationship between the two. I root for healthy relationship bounded by boundaries but free enough to allow mistakes to be made,for in making mistakes learning also occurs even twice as much. I am not in a rush to get grades I am in a rush to change mentality and attitudes for appreciation of learning
