I believe a student should be given much personal attention that will make the learner's perceptions about the content matter change. I have done personal teaching and I have seen it produce self driven and motivated learners. I teach...by explaining the content and give relevant examples (several) and bits of notes for revision. I love taking my time on the slow learners and use basic explanations for them to relate with. In the process of learning and teaching, I motivate my learner(s) and reinforcing positively either by Physical or psychological approach.
