Motivated to contribute to the learners already existing knowledge by leveraging my skills and expertise in working with them and on the subjects I intend to work them through. I like teacher-learners interaction, learners questions and complaints are openly welcome while learners teaching a teacher when notice a mistake is also very important and welcomed. On my practical years, all my learners turned out to be A students of which they all averaging Bs in Agriculture, Computer science, Biology and Life sciences. I also empathise my self hence my learners love working with me as it's needy for a teacher to know how and at what state is their learners for ease integration of all the topics within the particular subject.
