Hello
My name is Shingai. I believe in a communicative, student-centered approach to teaching English. That means I focus on getting students to speak and use the language, rather than just learning grammar rules. I use a variety of activities, such as role-playing, games, and group work, to keep students engaged and motivated. I believe that a positive and encouraging environment is key to helping students learn.
My goal is to help my students become confident, independent English speakers who can use the language in the real world.
is I like to use a task-based approach in my ESL classes. That means I give students real-world tasks to complete, like ordering food in a restaurant or asking for directions. This helps them learn the language in context and practice using it in a meaningful way. I also use a lot of visual aids, like pictures and videos, to help students understand the language. I believe in using a variety of methods to keep my classes interesting and effective.
