Hello am a Registered Nurse with 9 years of experience. I help trainee nurses with their assignments and i train them as well. I sometimes conduct Continuous Nursing Education courses at my place of work to keep my collegues up to date.
Moreover, to love Nursing you need to have a good mentor. A great mentor is someone who is there wherever you need him/ her. The psyhological support is very important in Nursing inorder to avoid mental breakdown. In addition to this, Nursing is an Art and nurses need to be a good artist to achieve great things in life. Without forgetting, to be a good nurse always implement the Standard Mother of care that is we must consider every patient like our mother so as to deliver quality care.
