I am working as an assistant professor from the last one year. I also have more than 5 years of industrial experience. During this tenure, I evolved as an analyser, explanator, a keen listener and thinker. I teach in a interactive way so that, I can teach as per the understanding level. I am student friendly, hence I use mixed languages marathi hindi and English while explaining. On weekends, we can take a small test to evaluate the understanding. As per my thinking conceptual understading and clarity is must to excel in any field. Overall teaching is my passion which makes me teacher for time but student for lifetime.....
