I have 14+ years ESL/EFL teaching experience in Asia, Europe, Middle East and South Africa, both in-class and online. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as 5 year corporate and industry experience, including Project Management.

I possess a Tefl-c (tefl plus young learner extension), M.Ed in progress, with over 4 years teaching children at Elementary school and with Disney English. I’ve completed 2.5 years with Wall Street English in Shanghai (mainly Business, General English and IELTS prep), a year and a half at Bandirma University (Intensive English and English for Special Purposes), 4+ years as a Business Language Coach and English for Academic Purposes at NJUCM.

I’ve realised over the years that, the material e.g grammar, is hardly ever the true problem stopping a learner's improvement. It is usually the mindset, approach to learning, and life skills. I think of myself as more of a facilitator and coach than just an instructor. I’m also a certified life coach which gives me the ability to recognise your blocks and suggest solutions to help you improve.

As an example, your GRAMMAR MISTAKES may not be about you not knowing grammar rules, but because you don't allow yourself time to finish your thoughts. I will notice that and help you correct it.
