Along with teaching children,I also emphasize on their morals and try to inculcate in the hearts of children the desire to read and understand the Quran.I try to teach children well with good morals.I also try to take the children who are a little weak in reading along with me,try to encourage them and try to skip the lesson for a couple of days a week and just teach them morals.And if any child does a good job or recites the lesson correctly to the whole class,I praise him as well as give him a reward,because of which the child works hard and seeing this,the children also start working hard.This is my small introduction and along with that,being a human being,there must be somr mistakes.Insha ALLAH,I will try to remove these mistakes and i will do my best, INSHA ALLAH.
